Hi, I have just launched our forum using Snitz and would be grateful if someone would help me with a couple of questions.
1. There is one topic (out of 8) that is not visible until logged in. I cannot see how this topic is different in any way to the others. How do I ensure that all topics are visible to the casual visitor before they register?
2. Do the post counts update automatically? When we had our first post the count did not update until I (as the administrator)did it manually.
3. What other 'traps for new players' should I be aware of?
Thanks for the feedback. When I check the forum properties I cannot see a reference to 'forum auth type'. I am probably missing something obvious! Any ideas what?

You are probably talking about forums. When you click Edit Forum Properties (pencil icon), Auth Type: is in the lower part, between Subscription: and Allowed Member List:
