Is there a work around that will let someone post an e-mail address in an URL?

For instance, can this be passed without being reformatted:

email_me@somewhere.com" target="_blank">http://forum.snitz.com/forum/fake_email.asp?e=email_me@somewhere.com

As it is, I have to break it into two segments and post a note stating to join them together.

That method makes the link look like this:

http://forum.snitz.com/forum /fake_email.asp?e=email_me@somewhere.com

What about taking this format and modifying it as shown? Does this meet your needs?

Format Syntax:
<a href="mailto:someone@microsoft.com?Subject=Hello%20again">
Send Mail</a>

As Applied To Your Question:
<a href="mailto:me@somewhere.com?Subject=http://forum.snitz.com/forum/fake_email.asp>http://forum.snitz.com/forum/fake_email.asp</a>

Note: Replace spaces with escape code: 20%

Obviously, this will send an email. I don't know why you want email address in this. Are you trying to send the URL or the email addy?? You decide if this is of any value.
