Isn't there an "unarchive" mod floating around somewhere? Try searching.

I don't think there is a MOD per se, but there are a couple of scripts knocking around I think, but I would still not recomend it to someone who is not familiar with databases and moving data from table to table as any mistakes will cause a major problem, so BACKUP first
