Hi,
When a moderator updates a topic/reply then his/her name is displayed as Last Post but as when we open the topic there is no reply from him. Is this normal behavior or any problem. thanks

this is normal and there should be an "edited by ..." at the bottom of the post that the moderator edited

Interested if I execute Update Forum Counts then the moderator is removed and the last reply name is again displayed. thanks

That is correct because updating counts refetches the Topic and reply author fields from the topic/reply tables and updates the forum/topic last post fields, this over writes the previous lasp post date which was updated when the reply was edited by the moderator
