I am on W2k3 on a hosted site running ACcess DB.

After upgrade from 3.4.0.5 I am getting

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Could not use ''; file already in use.

/forums/inc_header.asp, line 111

We checked permissions and host even set to anon so it is not DB. Do not know where to go please give some advice
