first of all...
want to thanks everyone here that helps each other in time of help! my hat comes off to all of you!

I got one problem...my main page on my forum refreshes all the time!! about every 3 seconds..it does this!
any ideas what is going on?

in the source of it you have the following that needs to be deleted:

Delete these 2 <meta> tags from your inc_top.asp file:
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="2; URL=">
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="2; URL=">
You will find them right after the style sheets.
