I want to delete all my curent members and start from scratch. When I download forum_members in the Access database and delete all members and then upload the new database it comes up with an error. Is there a link to another folder which I need to change also ?

Why don'y you start with a "blank" Snitz database?

I am new to this and I am not sure what you mean. There are eight headings in the database. Do you mean all data should be deleted ?most of the data (532 records)is in the forum_members folder. Sorry if I sound dumb but I am learning and any help is appreciated

Is it just the members you want to delete?

I have deleted all topics through the admin screen and have just put one new topic in so basically I believe the only other data is the members list. If it is easier to clear everything then that is OK too. Thank you for your interest

You need to leave a user account, the admin's account, at least.
