I would like remove this icons!!!

Why do you want to remove those icons? They're only visible to admins/moderators and to the person who made the post.
If you do want to remove them, edit to forum.asp and remove the instances of call PostingOptions() and call AdminOptions() if I'm not mistaking.

Make sure you have Non-Cookie mode set to Off in Admin Options-> Feature Configuration.
