I am very novice with Snitz forums. I had a forum working fine for 9 months, and recently my forum is no longer working.
When I try to go there in Firefox it says: "Server Application Error The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance."
If I try to go to it in IE it says: "The website cannot display the page"
So I go onto the server and check the event log, and it says the following: The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.
Has anyone ever had this error before? As far as I can tell the files are still the same, so it must be some sort of setting on the server.
