Hi, Is it possible to config Snitz to email the author of a topic, when a messages has been sent?
Also is possible to email the administrator, when a new topic has been posted?
Many thanks |

1) yes, you need to enable subscriptions and then the author can subscribe to the topic. 2) No, but there is possibly a MOD for this, have a look in the MOD forums or on www.snitzbitz.com |

2) If the administrator is a subscribed user, they will receive emails for new topics. |

Yes very true.
I would however advise caution when enabling subscriptions on busy forums, most if not all the ASP email components perform very poorly and are very likely to seriously affect the performance of your forum if you have a lot of subscrptions. |

I'm having trouble with some subscriptions too. Although other mail functions and subscription on a demo account do work. In the Flash demo it says Forum Moderators don't recieve notifications. Is it possible that also the Admin also don't recieve notifications on new posts? Why can Moderators subscribe if the don't recieve any notifications, that's confusing.
