| Just one more thing we haven't solved yet: The "forgot password?" link is still not visible! How can I tell a member what to do if he can't remember it? |

| Make sure your e-mail server settings are still set up right ("E-mail Mode" is set to "On", etc.) since the link won't show if "E-mail Mode" is off, and check and see if they didn't modify inc_header.asp - they may have removed the link altogether... that would be where I'd start. |

I was getting game reports emailed from the site, so I thought "e-mail mode" was on. But when I checked it in the admin section I found it set to "off". After resetting it to "on" the "Forgot password?" line shows again.
So I guess my game site is fully functional again!
Would have been a pity for my members from more than 50 different countries to lose it...
thanks to your help they can continue playing WW2 games. |

I am struggling with a brand new setup. I set up my password and it worked. Then, the next day. My link for ‘forgot password’ is gone, my password doesn’t work, and I’m the only member in the database, and with admin rights. I double checked.
What cause the system to bail like this ?
