Just to reiterate M_R Snitz will ONLY work with ASP, otherwise use the link I gave you for PHPBB instead :)

I don't think there's a formally supported Arabic version, so you may find it easier to use the PHPBB link above. There have been a few interested parties, but I don't know the outcomes of their work
