I guess I have SQL option available with me.But no idea how much easy or difficult to transfer data from acces to access.

I worked with Access and I am more comfortable with it.

I can understand that... sticking with Access has advantages and disadvantages... if you can live with the disadvantages, I have no objections .

Access is much more manageable to most people, and comes with pretty tools - unless you need to upgrade I'd suggest sticking with it for now - MS SQL is one of those tools with no end to the learning it's possible to do...
