Well, after hours and hours of emails, telephone calls, etc. Readyhosting once again passes the buck. Below is their most recent answer:

quote:
You will needs to review your code or contact your application vendor /developer to check the code and see to that your scripts execute within the default time frame inorder to load the pages quicker.

It looks like the script "csgsar/bbs/default.asp" consists of many include files and all these files are running complex queries which results in slowness of the site.

I AGAIN explained that this code, with all its includes, works fine on other servers. In fact, it worked fine on Readyhosting in 2005. In early 2006 Readyhosting was bought out, I think, and the new owners moves their services to a new servers and new system. I have had nothing but trouble ever since. But they are cost effective -- for now. But, my patience is wearing out.

Unless there is a solution to this, I may need to migrate our website to a new web host. Any recommendations? Or any solutions recommendations that I can pass on to Readyhosting?

I do think that reply deserves only a reply of your own: a host move.
However, host recommendations and host discussions are not allowed here, sorry.

No host discussions, but it does sound a lot like you're going to have battles with your current host again in the future - spend a few $ more!
