I am upgrading to the newest version of the forum: 3.4.06

It states in this version that:

Does this mean I do not need to install the Referer MOD now? I have it on my 3.4.05 forum. I looked for the code used in this mod in the new version, but it is not there. Is the coding different while doing the same thing?

Apparently the reffer mod is no longer needed.
I have Norton Antivirus installed and can register just fine with the new 3.4.06 Snitz.
