I want to add a editorial link to the forum,
because I read that all blogs need an editorial.
Is there the possibility to do so?

It depends on how you want to do it. The forum allows links in its frontpage, as you can see here default.asp, in the category named URLs and Other Resources.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Do you mean to create a new category called editorial
I will do so if there is no other possibility.
Best would be to have a link that is on every page like the home link.
Or the possibility to add the link to the forums title that is o the footer of every page.
I am astonished, that there isn't such a possibilty.
isn't it necessary to say who is responsible for the forum according to EU law?

If it is just a link you need then open inc_footer.asp and put the code there and it will show up on every page.

No, the person who makes a post is responsible for it, and you agree to that when you register, it is part of the privacy policy.

No idea where you read that but it is rubbish, and besides this is not a Blog it is a discussion forum
