Hi I am new to website design and even more so forums, I have recently set up my first website and decided to include a forum. I purchased this as an add on when registering my website with my ISP. Basically everything was done for me, I was given the address and my admin username and password. I spent some time playing with the style configuration setting and thought it looked pretty good for my first attempt. Now my questions are:

Why is it when someone goes to my forum from another computer they get the basic white with text screen rather than one I have designed.

Secondly, How do access configuration files other than the admin settings the only access I seem to have to my forum is from the server which seems to only have icon files.

I really hope I haven't confused any one too much cause I have confused myself.

My forum is locate at: http://svc0481.bne005w.server-web.com/default.asp

And my website is http://www.bigcatchau.com

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Its because the application variables are not loaded. Normally you would just run setup.asp but it appears you don't have that file on your forum.

Contact your forum provider for assistance.
