I wonder if there's something kooky with the target name of the popup, making it the only popup to get autoclosed?! Most, most oddd

It happens here as well? Then it definitely sounds like your machine. I would go into your Internet settings and put everything back to Default mode and then restart your browser and try again.

Nope everything is back to all defaults and still the same problem. I really think it has to do with the version my wife got. She got the IE& enhanced google one. I think I need to get the IE7 from microsoft one cause something is weird here.

specifically, that's IE7 with a competitor's product on top of it - If at all possible kill the google 'enhancement' as I'll bet you that's the problem.

I'm sure it's usually fine, but it's another layer of unknown on top of the base product, and less supportable imho :)

It's an everyday miracle that I can respond to this forum, when you realise just what's going on under the covers! Fact is, computers are far too complicated to ever work, and I know a lot of very experienced IT folks feel the same way...

sorry to bring up an old topic, but this happend to me as well, and has nothing to do with Snitz forums. The solution that worked for me was http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B281679&x=14&y=10
