 forum really slow plus another problem		  New Topic  Topic Locked

My forum is super slow even when trying to view with a T1. Also when I try to go to admin options i get an error saying something is wrong with the admin_login.asp page so it can't be displayed. So I tried to replace the page and when I went to replace it I got this error in my FTP prog.

550 admin_login.asp: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Any ideas? Here is the link

I rgeistered, it is a little slow, but not overly so. If you email meyour admin login I will have a poke around
