Snitz have yet to release a version that supports multiple languages. There is a beta available of Snitz v4.0 but it is incomplete and based on a much older release so I would highly recommend you not use it. There are a couple of unofficial multi language versions that have been rewritten by members, though; a quick search of the mod forums here will unearth them for you.
