I have Change the StrDefaultFontColor to StrCategoryFontColor and for some reason it will not pick it up in my mod that I want to change this to. I am not sure as to why? Any idea I have run setup.asp after changing this and uploading the file and still no change??

Thanks

Are you sure they are set to two different colors in the Admin Color panel?

There is no variable called strForumFontColor. I think you mean strDefaultFontColor.

Is it strInForumFontColor? Cause I need to change the strDefaultFontColor to either what the forum test color is or what the catergory or header font color is. I would prefer it to be what the in forum text color is though.

I am wondering what the variable in default.asp is This is where i got this variable from Davio? here is the line it is from

This is from line 540 in default.asp

Response.Write " <td bgcolor=""" & strForumCellColor & """ align=""center"" valign=""top"" nowrap><font face=""" & strDefaultFontFace & """ color=""" & strForumFontColor & """ size=""" & strFooterFontSize & """>" & _

I am not sure what variable I should use then or where to get it from cause I have also tried the variable strCategoryFontColor and this will not work either and that is also in my default.asp

line 904

"""><font face=""" & strDefaultFontFace & """ size=""" & strDefaultFontSize & """ color=""" & strCategoryFontColor & """><b>Statistics</b></font></td>" & vbNewline & _

So I do not know what I need to change these to. I need the default font color to be white so it will show on the black background and I need it black inside any tables cause that background is white.

Thanks All

So sorry Jeff. Seems you had more problems with the file than I though. I have helped you via messenger. The font tag that was being used for the text in the announcement, didn't have a color="" with it. Just added "color=""" * strForumFontColor & """ to it and all went well.
