My sonicwall firewall is preventing the use of the register.asp script in the snitz forum because recognize this page like an intrusion and possible SQL injection. At this link you can find the report of the problem

http://software.sonicwall.com/applications/ips/index.asp?ev=sig&sigid=1368

http://www.nessus.org/plugins/index.php?view=single&id=11621

Someone can tell me if this issue has been fixed? An if yes wich pages I need to upgrade?

Tnanks

there are no sql injection vulnerabiliteies in register.asp that we are aware of, and I'm afraid none of the links you provided give any useful information, especially since snitz is not a cgi so any cgi vulnerabiliies are on your server not in snitz

I don't see where they give any specifics as to the version etc. which would make any meaningful discourse possible.

Based on the "solution" in the second link, I'm thinking they are referring to an old version of the forum. Regardless, its sound advice

Solution: Upgrade to a newer version.

(edited to fix stupid typo)

Again, without more specifics its hard to say. Safe bet would be to make sure you upgrade to the most current version.

As a side note, it makes the thread a little easier to follow if you post a reply rather than editing the first post.

Oops. I thought you'd added the "And if yes wich pages I need to upgrade?"...
