Well.. I've been looking at Snitz for a little while... and UBB finally bit the dirt, so I was forced into a quick migration (which occured yesterday early evening).
I am currently finishing up the migration of the forum messages over to Snitz. I have also already made a few "hacks" to Snitz, and was wondering if there is a "master list" of stuff that is planned for the next release?
I would like to get involved with that group, because we all hate having to redo code during/after an update!
BTW... since I didn't find a good conversion routinue to go from UBB Members to Snitz... or from UBB Message to Snitz... I wrote one this morning, and am just now finishing using it to convert our old UBB Forums.
I have a feeling this might be something others might be interested in?

welcome aboard :) the big project we're geting ready for is "Internationalization" :) basicaly seting up a language dictionary that can be changed out with different languages... we're trying to figure the most efficient way to do this in the code (meaning the best final product, not the easyest) any ideas?

Odd... I never got an email letting me know you guys replied! 
Well, I'm back now  My users were QUITE happy that I was able to convert the Members AND forums over... I'll tell you that much.
The one negative to the conversion... the Forums took a LONG time (about 8 hours) to migrate. Of course, we did have about 100,000 posts to move 
I've already made some hacks to Snitz for my use... and I've been debating on going in and making some more serious changes. The problem in my mind, is that it would be nice to have a combined effort so we can support each other in the future, etc.
I've already added some minor things: 1) in the user info, I've added another unique ID which ties into our Owners Registry; 2) I've added a name search to the "Members" page; 3) Cleaned up some library code, etc. FYI the forum is here: http://www.clubgp.com/forum/
Well, enough for now... any thoughts? Is there a better forum for us to discuss these things, etc?
