ah, you are using the active user code, then it is not not good I'm afraid, I have known it to cause a lot of problems on busy forums in the past, however my first gues would be that it is actually an overloaded server that is causing the problem. If they are saying that your site is causing problems for other users on the server, ask them for proof !
I would howver suggest taking a backup of all your files just incase they just lock you out, hosts with this kind of attitude generally do that kind of thing |

By the way, this is bullshit, I host a lot of sites and have a lot of servers, a restart of IIS takes only a few seconds and generally most users do not even notice it has happened |

Thanks ordered a new host (awaiting confirmation) backing up all the files as we speak and once everything is looking safe to move forward will be sending their customer support a link to this topic and demanding the year in advance I paid back immediately. Thanks all for your help. |
