Huwr ... is the file on this topic everything we need to setup this mod for SR4 ?
also, how hard would it be to limit who can post New Topic, and still allow any member to reply ?
for example have only Moderators/Admins post New Topics, and Reply can be any registered member ?

That is exactly what this mod allows, and yes everything you need is in the download.

That's how I installed it on my forum. Just load your file and the corresponding file from the .zip file and look for the comment and then add that code to your existing file. |

just edit the forum like you were going to change the name or description of it.
Make sure you have Private Forums turned ON in the Admin Options. |

Just Tried to install the MOD and get this error when trying to create a new Forum:
