When I run the setup.asp I get the following error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'FrontPage_StartSession'

//global.asa, line 16

I have checked my db path and the permission on the db directory, any ideas?

Does the db have read and write permissions? If you uploaded Snitz with FrontPage, it should have asked you if you wanted to place the db in the fpdb folder. You should allow it to do this, that way it will have read/write permissions enabled.

Snitz doesn't use a global.asa file
