Just a little perspective for me and any other US folks, according to Google that converts to about 17.38 U.S. dollars!
Knowing as well as you that some empty databases fill more than that, I think it might be time to shop. That's almost as much as my hosting fees - and just a few months ago they gave all the people with the package I bought 10MB of SQL Server space. (Or they at least they gave me, I can't speak for everyone else even if it is a safe assumption.)
