if the "agree page" is policy.asp search for the referer mod, otherwise get the people who are having the problem to clear their browsers cookies and try again.

I am using this one:
MOD: Custom Policy v1.0 for Snitz Forums v3.4
'## Author: Michael Reisinger (OneWayMule)
'## File: policy.asp
'##

I am just a copy and paste person. I may need help with this one. I will e-mail the users to empty their browser cookies first though

Pete

that mod if installed correctly shouldn't have an effect. the referer mod fixes an issue caused by Norton Internet Security whereby NIS blocks the refer method used for linking between policy.asp and register.asp, so when you email your users it may be a good idea to ask if they have NIS installed

Since the Referer MOD includes changes to inc_header.asp and inc_header_short.asp only, so the Custom Policy MOD should not cause any Problems.

My MODs:
Birthdays - Custom Policy - F.A.Q. Administration - Forum Rules - Guestbook
Links Manager - MyOwnGoogle - Profile Views - Search Log - WebSearch

Useful stuff:
Forum and MOD Installation - MOD Installation Guide - Snitz v3.4.05 Readme - Free ASP Hosts - Support Snitz

If I am reading this thread right then the best thing to do would be to clear his cookies and try to login again?

Thx
