I'm using the forum for a long time now, but since a while I can't change the forum order anymore. This empty screen appears:

It USED to work fine with four subforums, but since I've added the fifth it's impossible. What can be wrong?

Hmm, I don't know actually. How can I check this? I'm not a database expert ;-)
The forum was setup by an integrator (when they build the website for me)...

Check a file named config.asp. There is a line near the top with something like:

strDBType=...

Tell me what follows the equal sign.

I guess a look at the DB would be needed to find out what is going on. Can you do that?

My setup is brand new and I have a similar problem. For mine, every category and every forum have an "order" of 1 and no other options. It's a MySQL database on a Unix system (Gate.com).

So... set the desired order in the DB, if you can.
