I keep getting an error in the Isass.exe file and the server goes into sytem shut in 60 seconds. then it shuts down. Any ideas what the problem is.

Sounds like the MSBlast worm (or W32.Blaster.Worm).
I recommend checking for viruses and make sure your system is up to date with patches.

It does it soon as I install the sever. Always has that is why I stoped using it. But I have reistalled it again and it is doing it again. It is weird. I will have to look for updates to the server

I fixed the problem. I deleted the exe file that was causing the shut down

I suggest that you run Pandasoftware's ActiveScan on that server - http://www.activescan.com
Its free and its excellent IMHO.
