Are you using OneWayMule's Guestbook MOD? If its not in the version you have, the newest version has the ability to hold entries for moderation. That may help...
The latest version of my Guestbook MOD includes an Anti-Spam method (users who want to sign the guestbook will have to enter a certain number) as well as a moderation feature which allows you to optionally approve/edit/delete guestbook entries.
wie die 2 jungs schon vor mir geschrieben haben er soll mal auf die aktuelle version updaten und wenn er gleich schon dabei ist das forum selber auch ist noch die alte 3.4.03 version und dort sind bis jetzt zwar nur 2 exploits im umlauf aber dennoch...
wenn sich die ip des absenders ermitteln läßt würde ich strafanzeige erstatten... da dein kumpel ja ein österreicher ist zählt dort in diesem fall glücklicherweise auch das EU recht d.h. anzeigen und derjenige bekommt heftig eines auf die mütze :-)
aber eines auch noch vorweg --> dein kumpel soll die ganze werbung die dort drin ist sichern durch screenshots und die db sichern und am besten auch gleich alles von der webseite löschen weil nicht dass er ne anzeige selber bekommt wegen nicht erlaubter werbung oder sonstigen müll bei dem es wieder so "schöne" EU gesetze gibt...

update the guestbook mod and you should update the forum too because it is the old 3.4.03 version and for this version there exist 2 exploits...
if you can get the ip adress from the spamer you should make a charge. your friend is in austria, and it belongs toe the EU.
save the whole spam as screenshot and save the db. after than delete it from the real website because the owner can get a charge too because not allowed adds and someother... thats like EU laws...
