I have recently gone through the set up process and am not able to edit anything through the admin function.

I am able to log-in as the admin, I click on Admin options, it asks me to login again.

It reveals the Admin functions, I click on the item I want to edit, it asks me to login again! It brings up edittable window, I make my changes, I click on Submit New Config.

I now enter the constant circle of enter User name and password which does not let me back to the edittable items, when i do eventually get back it has not accepted my changes.

I have changed all of my cookie settings and security controls, which does not help.

Our server has been enabled fo access data bases.

Is there something I am missing?

Is your web server configured to allow sessions?

Some of my users had the same logging in issues. Turned out that my url was forwarded to my host's url in a framed page that was causing the issue. I never noticed as I was using the new url. Maybe worth a look if your using web forwarding with your url.

Hi Thanks for your advice, I have had our providers enable sessions and it is now fixed.

All we need now is for visitors to use the forum.
