I have microsoft access 97 and an access 2000 database(snitz_forums_2000.mdb). Is there a way i could get an access 97 copy of the database for Snitz forum 2000 3.4.05?
Access itself isn't necessary for Snitz. Your forum should work OK with the 2000 mdb even if you might have A97 installed. Of course, you won't be able to open the mdb itself with A97 but you should not need to.
Thanks, but it was my own oversight I didn't read the directions thoroughly. I had my database in the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forum folder. I moved it to the c:\db folder and it works fine. it's now working at http://mbvo.myftp.org/forum/default.asp
