Hey. i have try my best to install snitz on b-one. but i doesnt run.

i always says that i neend to check strConnString and strDBType.. but i have check it, many times..

could someone help me with the strDBType and strConnString on a b-one server??

i always get this error:

The database could not be opened !!
Check your config.asp file and set the
strConnString so it points to the database.
Also check if strDBType is set to the right databasetype.

Code : 80004005

Error Description :
SQLState: S Native Error Code: 1045 [TCX][MyODBC]Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES)

check your connection string, the error would indicate that your login details are incorrect, or maybe the file permissions are wrong

AFAIK b-one is using MYSQL with Sun ChiliASP, so you need to use the strDBType and a strConnString for MySQL.

Also, the error you posted suggests, that you don`t have the right permissions to the folder/file of your DB.

I moved my forums from b-one because many mods didn't work with chiliasp...
