Hey guys -
The hosting company have resolved the error and the forum is now working again !!!!!!! Unfortunately it took them 1 month to resolve it eventhough half of technical support stated it wasn't their problem and the other half admitted that SysAdmin were looking into it - but due to persistance they finally resolved it
