Well you can restrict registration so that any member that tries to register needs prior administrator approval. That way you can just reject anyone you wish.
There is also a feature to disable registration, but that would remove it for admins too. That can be changed through code changes and I think I've seen it posted before. Maybe try searching if my first suggestion does not suit you. |
