I've looked for this particular question but am not finding it so if the answer is elsewhere, just feel free to point me in the right direction.
When subscribed to a private forum, it does not appear that e-mail notifcations are sent out about new posts. I receive e-mail notifications for all my other subscriptions EXCEPT for the private forum.
I am an administrator and a moderator for ALL the forums that we run. I get notifications for EVERY forum except the private one. I just can't figure out what I have done wrong if anything.
I'm subscribed to everything. Any thoughts?

Are you sure that you have setup the correct subscription settings for the private forum?
If you are setup as a moderator of the private forum, you will not receive subscriptions.
I assume you are subscribed to the whole board? If so, make sure that the category your private forum is in has subscription settings set correctly by editing it and setting "subscriptions allowed". Do the same for the private forum in that category.
Sorry for the long delay in replying about this topic. I have verified that the private forum has "forum subscriptions" allowed. I am not listed as a moderator, only as a member. I have admin privledges if that matters.
I am still not getting any e-mail notifications. I get notifications for all our other forums EXCEPT this one. It just baffles me.
Any other ideas? Something I am missing?
