My main site is done and layed out with CSS and positioning as opposed to <table>'s. When I try to integrate the forum into my site, the layout COMPLETELY breaks apart. Every <div> has a 2-3px black border around it.
I am referencing my StyleSheet on my server which I incorporated into inc_header.asp.
Has anyone else integrated the forum into a CSS site? ANy suggestions on where to start? Should I make a separate style sheet for the forum on my site? hmmmm.....

I eventually want the forum to go in the middle section. I may have to do without the right column so the forum has room to expand. (Besides, all of those links are in the forum anyhow) |

Yeah, tried the site integration and something about it is not clciking with how my main site is layed out. I am going to tr your first link you gave me. I have a feeling its something in my main sites CSS not meshing or conflicting with site integration mod (isnt there some CSS in there?) Oh well...let me give it a go and if I need some guidance, (which Im sure I will) I will be back soon. LOL Thanks everyone. |

I'm using the CSS version of Snitz as found in that first link. If you want to see it in action, check the Warsong Records link in my sig. I bring it up because it is essentially the same style sheet as found on the Jesus Joshua site. I think that you'll find it will do just what you need. |

Yeah, I am looking to do the whole thing in CSS, but to do that, do I need to do a fresh install with the new link above? Won't I lose all te mods etc...I've already done? Would it be easier to do a <table> version of one page of my site, to use it for site integration? I tried using the site integration mod and played around with the CSS trying to to get it to layout. No luck, although, I do have a nice new hairstyle due to ripping all of it out. Ah well, maybe it's better to leave well enough alone.
LOL it took me long enough to fix my bugs (my own mistakes) in my Avatar Mod. Now that one is complete, I think I might take a break for awhile and let the fog clear from my head. <tongue in cheek> If anyone has absolutely NOTHING to do and would like to take a swing at integrating my forum for me (ha ha, lol) I'd be more than happy to let you try. </tongue in cheek> |

Unfortunatly you will need to re-mod your forum... I'd had a few in there myself and went through the joys of reinstalling all the various mods, tweaks, and other snippets I'd added in. On the other hand, changing the style and making it fit with the rest of the site is infinatly easier.
I stand behind my recomendation of using it. Its more work up-front (putting the mods back), but it will save you a lot of trouble in the long-run in trying to tie everything to a single stylesheet. |

Your db would be OK; Speedball, or any Snitz CSS one might build will simply not call some data from config_new table |
