How do I made separate Forums headers where topics are posted?

Example 1
Forum Intro Yourself here
Topic----Hi I'm Dave
Topic----Hi my name is Juell and blah blah...

Example 2
Forum Community Happenings
Topic----I;m from Boston and I
Topic----Need car pool info in the Boston area?

if you log in as admin, and go to default.asp, you will notice a little row of 5 icons in the right hand column of the category header, one is a small purple folder, if you click this it will allow you to add a forum, the small pencil will allow you to edit it
