Have you enabled the avatars in Admin Options? Have you added avatars to any of your users?

You should have a link to the avatar admin pages. Review the changes suggested by the mod, specially regarding changes to admin_home.asp.

Did you choose the option in Admin Options, to check the configuration, after adding the mod?

Double check th changes you made to config.asp against those in the readme for that one, it looks like the necessary application variables aren't being read in.

Well that problem is also resolved

but now im at a dead end, I checked everything but somehow the avatars just wont appear at the posts (u know <---- there with the name of the poster and stuff)

Also it simpley refuses to select an avatar.
No error it just goes back "none selected"

but why is the rum gone?

Roy, I'd recommend you go back through the entire readme and double check that you have made all the required changes as it appears that there is a lot of code missing, in this case in topic.asp and pop_profile.asp.
