I have just tried to install the Mod. I previous have the avatar mod running with no problem. Here is the error I get.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a004c'

Path not found

/forum/sf2k_v34_04/pop_avatar_gallery.asp, line 3

don't you need to copy pop_avatar_gallery.asp into /forum/ ? and not /forum/sf2k_v34_04 ?
