I just installed the Avatar Mod for 3.4 (http://www.snitzbitz.com/mods/details.asp?Version=All&mid=52). I din't notice until the end of the readme file that the last two instructions only go to "For snitz 3.4.0.3 follow this step". I am using 3.4.05 so I decided to use that code.
However, it's not working. I cannot see any Avatar options in the admin panel unless I open the pages directly (ie. admin_avatar_home.asp - I can choose show avatar in profile and it says it updates but when I go back in it reverts to no).
I guess my question is, is there an updated readme for the Avatar mod for version 3.4.05. I did search but only found messages alluding to the problem.
That version works with 3.4.05. I have installed it several times, no issues with 3.4.05. Check the instructions. If there is no admin option in admin home, that's surely because you missed some recommended change.
confession: I am mentally challenged. I thought I was making the changes on the server when in fact the changes were made locally. I uploaded the files and it is working now. I apologize for taking up bandwith...
