I am following everything accordingly but when I log in I get an error message

Our host is fasthosts and I emailed them - they said the main file is where it should be but it made zero difference
I get a login page and now I have 3 names logged in but cant get in to the room :O
I just installed this mod, as well, and ran into the same problem. I created a virtual directory called Flashchat, put all of the files in that directory, and I still get that error you mentioned.
