Just register as a new user using the name you want to use.
Then logout and then log back in as Admin, goto the Members page and click on the  that is on the same row as the user you just created. You'll be prompted for the Admin username/password and then you will be at the Modify User Profile page. On the bottom right hand side of this page is a drop down box where you can choose the Member Level of the person. Just change it to Administrator, and click on submit. Now the user you just created will have the same Administrator priviledges as the Admin user has.
