where and which one is the code, if I use NT Authorization, to write a new user automatically in the forum - DB ?

what do you mean ? Do you mean that a user is entered in the db automatically once he/she visits the forum for the first time ? A sort of 'autoregistration' feature ?
Afaik this feature is not there, since there's more info to be registered in the profile besides the username. I could however be mistaking.
