 can't login in to admin

Still not able to login in to admin. Everything else seems to be working fine (relatively speaking). Using admin for "name" and admin for "login". Says login successful but can not find admin_home.asp (The page cannot be displayed). I have talked with network admin and all permissions seem to be ok.

Any suggestions? anyone?........... anywhere?...

I get a "The requested resource is in use" error when trying to login to the Admin Options on that site.

looks like the server may be set to not allow session states

Well I was wrong ...... no one here knows what "session states" are. Could you please enlighten me, it would greatly be appreciated.
