How is it possible to disable "save password"?

In inc_header.asp line 434 :

" <input type=""checkbox"" class=""radio"" name=""SavePassWord"" value=""true"" tabindex=""-1"" UNCHECKED><b> " & fLang(strLangInc_Header00130) & "</b></font></td></tr></table>" & vbNewLine & _

save password is "UNCHECKED" but in forum it's always checked. Thanks in advance. .
