I did use Beyond Compare. It is very weird. Both files look exactly the same now. I don't know what happened. Thanks for all of your help though.

Weird... You made sure Beyond Compare was not ignoring unimportant differences?
Anyway what matters is that the forum is working as expected.

Yep. My rules are set to show everything. It is weird, but like you said, at least it's working right now.
