I am completly new to all of this, as I have just started working on the forum a few days ago. I THINK that I have done everything except for adding the forum titles. I know that I have to login to the forum, but when I do it tells me that I have logged in successfully, but then it kicks me back out. I have read some of the other posts about this and it seems like I have to install a MOD? How do I do this? Everything seems to be in a foreign language to me. When I am in the admin set-up section, and click on the alternative MOD link, there is nothing in the box; if that makes a difference. Can someone plese help me with this; telling me what to do step-by-step? Thank you for your time.

It worked! Thank you so much! Now the icons that I should see to add new categories are not showing, it is just small blank boxes. How do I make the icons show?

Can you see any icons at all? By the way, is this the right place for your posts - have you really problems with MOD implementation?

You might need to set the location of your images directory in Main Forum Configuration in Admin Options. If your images are stored in a subfolder off the root called images it should look like this images/.
