After modifying a file the line number doesn´t give anyone any relevant info at all. Anyhow the error could of course be on some other line but is discovered first on line x. I am sure that the experts - I am not one them - need more specific description of the error.
Indeed, telling us you are receiving an error without specifying what that error is, doesn't exactly tell us much. Please paste the entire error message you receive. A link to a *.txt copy of the files giving you an error would also speed things up a bit.

In inc_header.asp add a &_ to the end of line 285 and do the same in inc_footer.asp at the end of line 80.
